Wing Nuts

Wing nut (or butterfly nut, butterfly wing nut) is a hand-tightened nut fastener. It has ear-like wings on both sides, shaped like a butterfly, making it easy to hand-tighten. It has two shapes of square and rounded wings, and the process is divided into casting butterfly nut and stamping butterfly nut. Wing nuts are easier to install than hexagonal nuts and can be quickly installed/disassembled without tools. It is widely used in scenarios where frequent adjustments are required and is characterized by simple operation and efficient installation.

Types of Wing Nuts

Round Wing Nuts

The wings are arc-shaped or streamlined, and the overall shape is relatively round. Moderate force operation.

Rectangular Wing Nuts

The wings are right-angled or flat, and the shape is relatively square. Stronger torque.

Nylon Wing Nuts

Nylon wing nuts are lightweight, electrically insulating, odorless and antibacterial, made from eco-friendly materials, and offer excellent toughness.

Stamped Wing Nuts

Wing nut wings are stamped and welded from sheet steel, economical, durable, and precision casting
